WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Fredericmalle.eu only ships to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Mainland France, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
For all other countries please select your country in the selector within our website footer.Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH WILL THEY COST?
Estimated delivery costs for up to five (5) item sare:
€ 9 for shipments in metropolitan France and Monaco for orders under € 60, above, complimentary shipping costs are offered
€ 17 for shipments in European Union or Switzerland for orders under € 60; above, shipping costs are offered
These are estimates and actual shipping costs associated with your preferred delivery method will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

HOW LONG DO YOU ESTIMATE IT WILL TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email. You can access a DHL or Collissimo tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your order online by logging into the order history of your account.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of acceptance of your order:
- Metropolitan France: 24 hours or 48 hours according to the postal authorities indicative delivery times
- European Union: between 2 to 6 opening days according to the postal authorities or DHL indicative delivery times
* Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery time. Delivery on Saturday may however be proposed as a service to specific post codes by the Customer Service Centre. WHAT IS THE TRACKING NUMBER OF MY PARCEL ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email notification. This number is from the Shipping vendor and allows you to visit their website to track the status of your delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We apologize, but we are unable to allow shipping address changes. If you wish to use a new address, please call the Customer Service Desk on +33 1 42 22 02 21or email us at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel it, then place a new order. For future orders, you may log in to your fredericmalle.eu account to update your shipping address in your profile.
