Maurice Roucel a intégré la maison Chanel en temps que chimiste en 1973, où il apprit la parfumerie sous l’autorité du légendaire Henri Robert. Doté d’une humilité et d’une soif d’apprendre qui ne l’ont jamais quitté, il a accumulé au fil des essais un immense savoir-faire. Son style se caractérise par une écriture franche et une sensualité opulente, due à son amour du musc, de l’ambre et des fleurs blanches.
